Webiz is a platform that connects talented individuals with clients who are in need of their services.


One of the key benefits of Webiz's platform is that it helps to streamline the hiring process for clients. Rather than having to spend hours searching for the right talent, clients can quickly and easily find the people they need through Webiz. Additionally, the platform eliminates the need for clients to pay for expensive recruitment agencies or headhunters.

CANDIDATE DASHBOARD

We decided to build a candidate portal, which would allow us to collect information about each talant, their skills and personal info.

EMPLOYEE DASHBOARD

Every talent who joins the platform and gets a job has an employee dashboard, where they can monitor all the processes that happen on the project. It can include scheduling meetings, chatting with team members, and having access to free courses, etc.

And most important: Onboarding was too long and complicated - 80% of users did not finished it

We organized all the mandatory fields in a single Modal. This way we had all mandatory items in one place and could ensure that users completed their registration as quickly as possible and start participating in the matching system

Once users are hired, they become employees who require access to a personalized dashboard with specific features. To gather insights for designing this dashboard, I conducted a quantitative research study within our company, which employs over 200 professionals, including developers, designers, QA specialists, and others.


I sent a questionnaire to all employees, and with the results, I convinced stakeholders about some matters. Additionally, we discovered valuable insights that none of us had previously considered, leading to the development of new features.

Once users are hired, they become employees who require access to a personalized dashboard with specific features. Upon launching the initial version of the dashboard, I discovered that users encountered difficulties in locating specific information or features. Consequently, I made the decision to incorporate an onboarding tour for employees during their first use of the dashboard

After dedicating 8 months to the development of our design system, I have achieved a significant improvement in our UI task efficiency, reducing completion time by a factor of 5
